Not seen in Europe for almost 30 years, the outstanding “Electra” suffered from its fatal teething problems. Today, it is back, although it is only allowed to transport cargo due to its old age. Based in Coventry England, Atlantic Airlines operates eight “Electras” of which the L-188C/F, G-LOFE was the latest to join in 1998.
