US Airways has emerged from many forerunner companies. One of its precursors was the Californian Pacific Southwest Airlines (PSA), which once turned heads with its “Smiliners”. A black line around the nose gave the airplanes a friendly smile. The original of this model, registered N742PS, and limited to 1,500 items, carries PSA’s “Heritage Colors”.
